Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Compensation: Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 - $17.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain Guest Services.
2. Support the Store Manager in overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
3. Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and oversee merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies.

Job Details:

• Work up to 38 hours per week.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
