Job description

Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $17.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain Guest Services.
2. Support the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
3. Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage.
4. Manage merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Job Details:

This position works up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.

Qualifications:

Prior retail and/or management experience required.
