Job description

Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Job Responsibilities

1. Establish and maintain Guest Services.
2. Support the Store Manager in overall store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
3. Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and oversee merchandising and inventory control.
4. Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.

Job Details

• Work up to 38 hours per week.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours.
• Prior retail or management experience is required.
