A leading company in the retail sector seeks an Assistant Store Manager to enhance guest services and support overall store operations. This role involves staff development and effective management of expenses and merchandise, maximizing sales and profitability. Ideal candidates should have prior retail and/or management experience and be prepared for physical demands.
Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The role supports the Store Manager in overall store operations, aiming to maximize sales and profitability through staff development, expense and shrinkage control, and merchandise and inventory management, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
This position works up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
