The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. This role supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, focusing on maximizing sales and profitability through staff development, expense and shrinkage control, and merchandising and inventory management, all in compliance with company policies.
This position offers up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours. Prior retail or management experience is required.
