The hourly rate ranges from $17.00 to $17.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining guest services, supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, maximizing sales and profitability, staff development, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory in accordance with company policies.
This position works up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours. Prior retail or management experience is required.
