The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The role supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.
