Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting the Store Manager with daily store operations. Your duties include maintaining inventories, store appearance, and completing daily paperwork under the Store Manager's guidance.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
• Answering questions and resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintaining a clean and well-stocked store environment.
• Supervising, training, and developing Store Team Members on operating practices and procedures.
• Assisting in unloading merchandise, organizing stock, and transferring merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Supporting the Store Manager with ordering merchandise, record keeping, payroll, scheduling, and cash register deposits.
• Supporting loss prevention efforts.
• Assuming management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Following all company policies and procedures.
