Job Responsibilities

1. Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, supporting staff, uphold product quality, cleanliness, and other standards.
2. Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and communicating expectations to the team.
3. Coach, teach, and motivate the team to maintain high-quality guest service and safety.
4. Exercise good business judgment in cost control, financial accounting, inventory, and labor management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (RVP approval may allow for younger hiring depending on local laws).
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years management experience, preferably in food service, or proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager.

Essential Job Functions and Work Environment

• Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts.
