Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Restaurants will oversee operations for their home store restaurants and other restaurants in their Trade Area. Responsibilities include ensuring food presentation and merchandising are on-brand, managing multiple restaurant managers, and maintaining service standards. Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions
  1. Leadership and Development: Lead and motivate a team of Food Managers, providing coaching and expertise on operations, staffing, and policies.
  2. Financial Accountability: Achieve sales, expense, and profit objectives.
  3. Multi-Operational Leadership: Lead multiple brands and locations across regions.
  4. Operational Assessments: Conduct regular assessments to ensure standards are met and provide coaching.
  5. Food Quality Monitoring: Ensure recipes are followed and products meet quality standards.
  6. Workplace Standards: Maintain safety, sanitation, and equipment care standards.
Qualifications and Competencies
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  2. 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  3. Experience in hospitality/multi-unit food service management.
  4. Safe food handling certification.
  5. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Creative, strategic, and technical thinking abilities.
  7. Flexible schedule as needed.
Physical Requirements
  1. Regular walking, standing, sitting, hearing, and talking.
  2. Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
  3. Visual and dexterity requirements.
  4. Ability to lift items over 25 pounds occasionally.
  5. Frequent use of computers and related technology.
