Job Description

You won't just help manage the restaurant, you'll help manage expectations and ensure guests receive "incredible" service every time they visit Chuck E. Cheese. As a Senior Assistant Manager, you'll ensure employees have resources, training, and motivation so that "every guest leaves happy." We expect a lot, but we also offer a lot in return.

Job Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, support, uphold product quality, cleanliness, and other Company standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing, and communicating Company and Guest expectations to the team.
• Coach, teach, and motivate the team to maintain high-quality guest service and safety.
• Exercise good business judgment in cost control, financial accounting, inventory, and labor management.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (RVP approval may allow hiring at the legal age for alcohol-related roles).
• High-school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years management experience in food service or proven track record as a CEC Assistant Manager.

Essential Job Functions and Work Environment

• Ability to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts.
• Work environment includes flashing lights, moving mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to various weather conditions.
