Kirkland’s in Beaumont, TX is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to support store operations, merchandising and coaching for the team, driving sales and customer satisfaction. This role is intended to prepare the candidate to assume Store Manager responsibilities within 12 months, with occasional travel to other store locations as needed.

The ideal candidate is energetic, results-oriented and ready to lead a team while upholding Kirkland’s values and delivering an exceptional shopping experience

Formación

• College preferred or 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
• Willing to relocate for a Store Manager position.
• Must be energetic, results oriented and competitive with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
