Qualifications

• College preferred or 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to relocate for a Store Manager position.
• Energetic, results oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Leads, supports and values Customer Service in in-store and online shopping experiences.
• Greets every customer with enthusiasm and maintains a positive attitude.
• Educates customers on current promotions and merchandise to support buying decisions.
• Builds customer baskets and supports a profitable sales environment.
