Chuck E. Cheese is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant operations, ensuring guests experience consistency from service to safety. You will empower the team with resources, training, and motivation so every guest leaves happy.

The role includes access to earned wages and a strong benefits package, with compensation $18.11–$20.13 per hour plus commission potential on memberships and Fun Pass sales. This is a full‑time, on‑site leadership position in a family‑oriented venue.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old (RVP approval may adjust).
• High-school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years management experience in food service OR proven record as a CEC Assistant Manager.
• Able to lift/carry 0–50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling and support, uphold quality, cleanliness and standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and communicating expectations to the team.
• Coach, teach and motivate team to maintain high quality guest service and safety.
• Exercise cost controls, financial accounting, inventory levels and labor management.
