Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to ensure the team has resources, training, and motivation to deliver a consistently outstanding guest experience. You’ll balance operations with guest satisfaction, uphold brand standards, and drive performance across shifts.

The position offers an hourly wage of $18.28–$20.31 and access to earned wages programs, with comprehensive benefits for eligible full-time and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old (RVP approval for age flexibility)
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• Minimum of two years' management experience, preferably in food service or as a CEC Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, and support; uphold quality, cleanliness, and company standards
• Recruit, train, develop, and communicate expectations to the team to build sales and maximize profits
• Coach and motivate the team to maintain high-quality guest service and safety
• Apply cost-control and financial accounting practices, and manage inventory and labor
