Chuck E. Cheese in Lake Forest, CA is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, manage staff, uphold quality and safety, and ensure guests have an incredible experience.

The role offers $19.15–$21.28 hourly, with commission potential on memberships and Fun Passes, plus a benefits package and the new Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow program. Strong leadership and guest-service focus is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older; local laws may adjust this requirement.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of management experience in food service or proven AM track record.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staffing, and customer service standards.
• Recruit, train, develop and communicate expectations to the team to grow sales.
• Coach and motivate staff to maintain high guest service and safety levels.
• Exercise sound cost control and labor management in daily operations.
