Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older (RVP may allow different age per local law)
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of two years management experience in food service or as a CEC Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, scheduling, staff support, quality and cleanliness standards
• Recruit, train, develop, and communicate expectations to the team to build sales and profits
• Coach and motivate the team to maintain high quality guest service and safety
• Apply cost-control, inventory, and labor-management practices
