Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old; local laws may adjust the minimum.
• High-school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years management experience in food service or as a CEC Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on scheduling, quality, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Recruit, train, develop, and communicate expectations to the entire team.
• Coach, teach and motivate staff to maintain high quality guest service and safety.
• Apply cost control, inventory and labor management to protect profits.
