CEC Entertainment, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Patchogue, NY to lead a busy team in a high-energy, guest-focused setting. You’ll drive service standards, coach staff, and manage scheduling, inventory and safety procedures to ensure a memorable dining and entertainment experience for families.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• High-school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older (with local-law allowances).
• Minimum 1 year of people-management experience, preferably in food service OR 6 months as Opening Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating the team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials and labor management.
• Own an Area of Impact (AOI) and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom and Gameroom responsibilities.
