Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old; HS diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• Minimum of two years management experience, preferably in food service or as an Assistant Manager at CEC

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, scheduling, and uphold product quality and safety
• Recruit, train, develop, and communicate expectations to the team to maximize sales and profits
• Coach and motivate the team to maintain high guest service standards and safety
• Exercise cost-control, inventory, and labor-management skills
