Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for minimum education.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and admission activities for an assigned geographic territory, school group, and/or targeted student population.
• Present information about USC and the admission process at high schools, community colleges, and recruitment events.
• Advise prospective students and families regarding the college search, application, and selection process.
• Evaluate undergraduate admission applications using qualitative and quantitative criteria and make recommendations.
• Provide leadership, training, and direction to newer admission officers.
• Develop and implement enrollment initiatives aligned with USC's goals.
• Manage programs such as merit scholarship evaluation, multicultural recruitment, and outreach.
• Research demographic and academic characteristics of territories and populations.
• Develop annual recruitment and outreach plans based on market analysis and trends.
