Job summary

University of Southern California is seeking a Senior Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admission to lead recruitment and admission activities across assigned territories. The role presents USC’s admission process at schools and events nationwide, advising families and students through the college search and application journey.

The successful candidate will guide staff, develop outreach plans, and contribute to enrollment strategy with strong communication, presentation, and marketing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Combined experience/education may substitute minimum education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and admissions.
• Knowledge of transfer credit policies and financial aid programs.
• Comprehensive understanding of the admissions field.

Responsibilities

• Manage all recruitment and admission activities for an assigned geographic territory, school group, and/or targeted student population.
• Present information about USC and the admission process at high schools, community colleges, and recruitment events across the country.
• Advise prospective students and families regarding the college search, application, and selection process.
• Evaluate undergraduate admission applications using both quantitative and qualitative criteria and make admission recommendations.
