The USC Office of Admission is seeking a Senior Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admission to join its team.
The Senior Assistant Director manages all aspects of an assigned recruitment and admission territory on behalf of the University. This position represents USC at high schools, community colleges, and recruitment events throughout the country, presenting to school counselors, prospective students, and families.
As a member of the Undergraduate Admission team, the Senior Assistant Director provides consultative guidance to students and families throughout the college search and selection process. This role also serves as a resource and subject matter expert on the college admission process for school counselors, principals, and school leaders within assigned territories.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and marketing skills. Experienced admission professionals are encouraged to apply.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $81,000. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
