Job summary

Lattice Semiconductor Corporation seeks an experienced Assistant Controller to support the Corporate Controller in all accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls for a Nasdaq-listed semiconductor company. The ideal candidate will bring deep US GAAP expertise, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance, with Big 4 public accounting and industry experience.

This role leads a team of accounting professionals and partners across finance to ensure accurate statements and strategic

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting or Finance.
CPA license active and in good standing.
Big 4 public accounting experience preferred.
10–15 years progressive accounting experience.
Experience with SEC filings (10-Q/10-K) and disclosures.
Semiconductor/tech hardware industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close per US GAAP and SEC requirements.
Coordinate Form 10-Q and Form 10-K filings, including MD&A disclosures.
Partner with external auditors to manage the annual audit and quarterly reviews.
Lead internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) and SOX compliance.
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: GL, revenue, AP, payroll, fixed assets.
Mentor and develop the accounting team; drive continuous process improvements.
