Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in accounting, business administration or finance.
Ten years related experience, including management experience.
Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work closely with senior University administrators and present to executives.
Strategic thinking and collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

Fringe Benefits Accounting and Forecasting: oversees monthly accounting, reporting and forecasting of fringe expenditures and recoveries totaling over $1.8B.
Payroll: oversees the payroll team responsible for timely payment of compensation to over 34,000 employees and related tax compliance.
Process Enhancement and System Implementations: partners to implement technology solutions and drive operational efficiencies.
