Qualifications

• Seven years of progressively responsible accounting experience, with at least five in supervisory/management roles.

Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting and Controls: ensure accurate financial reporting, monthly budget-to-actuals, and policies.
• Treasury and Cash Management: provide budgeting guidance, cash forecasting and short-term investments.
• Operations and Shared Services: oversee payroll, audit, tax, purchasing, endowment accounting, grants, fixed assets, and related processes.
• Leadership and Team Development: supervise staff, hire and mentor, provide performance feedback.
• Leadership Behaviors: deliver measurable results, communicate clearly, and lead through change.
