PwC in the United States is seeking an Asset & Wealth Management Tax Senior Associate to support tax compliance and advisory work for clients in asset and wealth management, including reviewing financial data and preparing tax returns.

You will manage workstreams, analyze complex issues, mentor junior team members, and uphold professional standards while delivering high-quality engagement outcomes for clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and CPA eligibility in your state.
• Experience in tax compliance for asset and wealth management.
• Ability to analyze complex data and provide client-ready insights.
• Proven ability to mentor junior team members and coordinate multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Review client tax data, financial statements, and supporting records to prepare and file tax returns.
• Analyze tax law and client patterns to identify filing requirements and reporting implications.
• Prepare workpapers, schedules, and draft submissions for asset and wealth management clients.
• Interpret complex compliance issues and translate findings into recommendations for engagement teams.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and track deadlines across engagements.
• Apply tax research and accounting knowledge to support return positions and resolve questions.
• Monitor data for inconsistencies and filing risks before submission.
• Support client communications by clarifying information requests and documentation needs.
• Guide junior team members on tasks and review work for accuracy.
• Contribute to process improvements that streamline tax compliance delivery.
