Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an Asset Tokenization Product Lead to own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of tokenized asset capabilities across the lifecycle.

You will partner with Technology, Risk, Legal and Operations to translate market needs and regulatory requirements into scalable product direction, with a hybrid schedule and opportunities to influence across multiple businesses.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management or related financial services roles.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and asset servicing models.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional product teams from concept through delivery.
• Ability to operate at the intersection of business, technology, and risk.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for tokenized asset capabilities.
• Lead product development across the end-to-end asset lifecycle, including issuance, servicing, settlement, custody, and distribution.
• Partner with Technology to translate product requirements into scalable platform and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure regulatory alignment, operational resilience, and strong control frameworks.
• Work with Distribution and client-facing teams to identify client demand, support go-to-market strategy, and prioritize use cases.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments related to tokenized assets and digital markets.
