U.S. Bank in New York seeks an Asset Tokenization Product Lead to own strategy, roadmap, and delivery of tokenized asset products across their full lifecycle.

You will partner with Technology, Risk, Legal, Operations and Distribution to ensure secure, compliant, and scalable solutions while translating market needs into clear product direction and prioritizing use cases. The role combines business, technology, and risk oversight with a hybrid schedule and opportunities to influence senior

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or related financial services
• Strong capital markets and asset servicing knowledge
• Experience leading cross-functional teams end-to-end
• Ability to operate at the intersection of business, technology and risk
• Excellent communication to influence senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for tokenized asset capabilities
• Lead product development across end-to-end asset lifecycle (issuance, servicing, settlement, custody, distribution)
• Partner with Technology to translate requirements into scalable platform decisions
• Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations for regulatory alignment and strong controls
• Work with Distribution to identify client demand and go-to-market strategy
• Monitor market trends and regulatory developments related to tokenized assets
• Serve as cross-functional leader and SME for asset tokenization initiatives
