Job summary

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) seeks a qualified professional in the DRR Asset Marketing & Management Branch to manage and resolve loans and other assets acquired from failed institutions or included in Shared Loss/JV agreements. Responsibilities include underwriting loan-level information to inform credit decisions and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve loans and other assets acquired from failed financial institutions or under Shared Loss/JV agreements.
• Underwrite and analyze loan-level information to support credit decisions and risk assessments for assets typically greater than $25 million.
• Act as principal relationship manager with banks, commercial lenders, and other financial institutions.
