Job summary

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation seeks a Chief, Asset Management Credit Operations Section, CM-1101-00, located in one of the following cities: Dallas, TX; New York City, NY; or Washington, D.C. The role oversees the DRR Asset Marketing and Management Branch and directs the asset management of instruments retained from failed institutions.

Salary reflects a cap up to $277,500 and telework eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, directs and coordinates the full range of mission responsibilities related to asset and subsidiary management from failed financial institutions.
• Oversees asset portfolios including loans, participations, leases, servicing rights, and related assets.
• Directs management of large and complex asset portfolios and evaluates appropriate strategies.
• Supervises staff, planning, assigning, reviewing work, setting performance expectations and providing feedback.
