Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline seeks an Asset Management Senior Engineer at the Zebulon site to enhance reliability and asset data integrity across maintenance and calibration programs. You will partner with site teams to deliver GMP-compliant improvements using SAP/EAM and Python-enabled analytics.

You will contribute to reliability excellence across work management, calibration, spare parts, and engineering stores while aligning with EHS and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, automation or chemical engineering.
• 5+ years’ experience in a highly regulated GMP environment.
• Experience leading facility equipment programs and maintenance teams.
• Experience with machines, production lines in regulated pharma/healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities

• Master asset reliability standards and optimize maintenance strategies.
• Lead end-to-end work management, planning and CMMS data quality.
• Manage calibration processes, data integrity, and regulatory readiness.
• Oversee engineering stores, spare parts strategies and obsolescence.
• Engage stakeholders across sites and promote cross-site collaboration.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements; leverage Python/SQL analytics.
