Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of loss prevention/asset protection, safety and/or retail ops experience OR HS diploma with 4+ years LP/asset protection experience.
• 1 year of experience analyzing, evaluating, and presenting information to support teams.
• Experience with business, financial and data analysis.
• Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel for routine tasks.
• Ability to manage confidential information and meet deadlines with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Protect assets across a defined geographic territory and lead protection programs.
• Investigate internal theft and fraud, interviewing team members to identify root causes.
• Partner with store, district, and support center leadership to reduce shrink and risk.
• Manage third‑party guard force training, post orders, and scheduling.
• Communicate with APS and other departments to minimize profit loss and drive safety.
• Review budgets and perform financial analyses of asset protection programs.
• Mentor staff, ensure proper staffing and performance management.
