Trimont, the leading global commercial real estate loan services firm, is seeking a Senior Director for Special Servicing & Credit & Asset Management. The role oversees a portfolio of non-performing and real estate owned assets for a major client, applying advanced Excel analyses and valuation models across U.S.

markets. Candidates should have deep CRE debt operations knowledge, case writing skills, and the ability to develop strategic plans, budgets, and recovery strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 9+ years of portfolio servicing/asset management experience.
• Expertise in CRE debt operations and complex CRE structured finance.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with borrowers and lenders while ensuring servicing standards.
• Understand major markets, trends, and rental rates to inform valuations.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and monitor asset performance against budgets.
• Create and review Excel-based cash flow and valuation models.
• Develop resolution strategies and conduct site inspections as needed.
• Report monthly/quarterly operating results and rent rolls.
