Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.
5+ years of NYC multifamily/mixed-use asset management preferred.
Experience managing portfolios of 3,000+ residential units.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee performance of 20+ NYC properties and 9M sq ft.
Prepare NOI, cash flow, budgets, and capital expenditure analyses.
Monitor occupancy, collections, and operating metrics; drive improvements.
Lead asset-level business plans and strategic initiatives.
Coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Evaluate capital projects and capital allocations.
Support underwriting and due diligence for investments.
