Job summary

Hamilton Zanze is seeking aSenior Associate – Asset Management to drive portfolio performance across our multifamily investments. You will integrate property management execution with financial modeling and investor reporting to maximize NOI and asset value.

You will develop asset-level business plans, monitor performance, and work with stakeholders to optimize revenue, capex decisions, and value creation across a ~3,500-unit portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in multifamily or commercial real estate investment analysis, asset management, operations, or acquisitions
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience with Excel, Yardi, Vena and Power BI
• Excellent research, analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support asset strategy for a designated multifamily portfolio (~3,500 units).
• Partner with property management to execute business plans, budgets, and capital projects.
• Prepare and analyze monthly cash flows, valuations, and reporting.
• Develop data-driven insights on pricing, leasing and capital deployment.
