Qualifications

• Requires 7+ years of associate or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related area.
• MBA certification to independently conduct property inspections.
• Deep knowledge of multifamily real estate, loss mitigation terms and agency loan life cycle.
• Ability to analyze real estate financials (Income Statement, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Rent Roll).
• Familiarity with PSA/SSA and agency loan agreements; knowledge of tax, insurance, principal & interest reimbursements.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan surveillance for student, seniors, and multifamily housing per Agency requirements.
• Manage portfolio up to 40 loans with complex nonperforming characteristics
• Process post-closing transactions including property management changes, collateral releases, assumptions, and transfers
• Coordinate loan payoff and assignments with interdepartmental teams and Agency approvals
• Identify loan risks and mitigants; assist in loan workout activities with borrowers and counsel
• Prepare and present risk memos for quarterly meetings to senior management
• Calculate quarterly reserve requirements and monitor loss-share liabilities
• Conduct MBA property inspections and monitor deferred maintenance
• Travel approximately 30% and support other projects as assigned
