You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including bankers and government agency personnel.

Qualifications

• More than 7 years of associate or equivalent experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of multifamily real estate and agency loan functions.
• Proficiency in analyzing real estate financials including Income Statement, Cashflow, and Balance Sheet.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan surveillance activities for compliance with Agency investor requirements.
• Independently process loan transactions including collateral releases and property management changes.
• Write up watchlist risk memos for quarterly risk meetings and present to senior management.
