Qualifications

• 7 years or more of experience in asset management or related field.
• Prior experience in investment or acquisition capacity is beneficial.
• Ability to develop good working relationships with peers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and demonstrate command of the physical and operational aspects of assigned assets.
• Evaluate and communicate market positioning and strategic plan for each asset.
• Oversee business strategy implementation for each assigned asset.
• Review and propose strategic plans for capital expenditures.
• Participate in the preparation and review of annual budgets and variance evaluations.
• Manage joint venture relationships at the asset level.
• Participate in the acquisition/development process and approve financial assumptions.
• Interact with senior management and third parties regarding market performance.
