Jobot is seeking an experienced asset manager to lead a growing LIHTC portfolio in a fast-moving development and property management firm. You will own asset management plans, monitor lease-ups, and ensure compliance with proforma and regulations, while coordinating with internal teams.

Salary: $132,000 - $156,000 per year
