Job summary

KINEKTA in San Diego, CA seeks a senior asset manager to lead the commercial and operational oversight of a portfolio of utility-scale solar, wind and BESS assets. You will direct asset performance, budgets, forecasts and reporting, and partner with lenders, off-takers and O&M providers.

You will drive initiatives to improve asset value, manage contract and compliance matters, and guide major commercial decisions across the asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in renewable energy, infrastructure or power asset management.
• Direct experience managing utility-scale renewable energy assets, ideally across solar, wind and/or BESS.
• Strong understanding of project finance, financial modelling, PPA/offtake structures and asset-level economics.
• Proven experience managing external stakeholders, contractors and commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical, financial and communication skills, with the ability to lead complex asset-level decisions independently.
