Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in asset management or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive asset management, enterprise systems, or infrastructure program management.
  • Experience leading asset management programs, EAM/CMMS implementations, and enterprise applications.
  • Leadership across operations, maintenance, engineering, technology, and finance.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management principles, data governance, and lifecycle planning.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of asset management programs and governance.
  • Coordinate asset management activities across engineering, operations, maintenance, finance, procurement, IT, and capital delivery.
  • Develop roadmaps linking processes, data, technology, and workforce needs.
  • Establish asset data standards, risk assessment, and lifecycle cost methodologies.
  • Manage enterprise asset management system initiatives and system integration.
  • Lead team, vendors, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver program outcomes.
