The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in treasury or analytics within banking, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to forecast and manage liquidity and interest-rate risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in Treasury or related analytics in banking.
• Direct knowledge of ALM strategies and processes.
• Experience with ALM tools such as ZMDesk or Moody’s OALM is preferred.
• Strong communication and data management skills; ability to forecast.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the ALM model supporting NII and EVE.
• Monitor market conditions and interest-rate-risk and liquidity positions.
• Ensure regulatory and internal risk-management compliance.
• Develop treasury policies aligned with strategic goals.
• Prepare reports on NII, EVE, and portfolio performance for senior management.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
