Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in warehouse management, with 10–15 years preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to support regional implementation of asset and inventory strategies.
• Knowledge of standard Asset and Inventory processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to define and implement asset and inventory strategies.
• Identify key issues hindering execution and improvement of results.
• Coaching and development of targeted improvement action plans.
• Ensure ERP transactions and inventory controls align with company policies.
• Monitor accuracy results and drive root cause analysis for improvements.
• Report and monitor inventory and asset KPIs as required.
