Job summary

Weatherford, located in Broussard, LA, seeks an Asset and Inventory Manager to direct the asset and inventory control team and align strategies with regional leadership. You will analyze discrepancies, drive improvements, and optimize asset utilization and capital efficiency.

This role requires strong leadership, process discipline and ERP proficiency; you will monitor KPIs, perform root-cause analyses, and coach sites to maintain accurate counts and disciplined transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain related field.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP/CPSM certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in Inventory and Asset management.
• Minimum 2 years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to define and implement asset and inventory strategies.
• Identify issues hindering asset/inventory strategies and drive improvement.
• Lead cross-regional action plans for asset utilization and replenishment.
• Ensure processes for asset transfer policies and inventory controls are followed.
• Monitor accuracy results and drive root cause analyses to improve performance.
• Provide training and coaching on inventory and asset management.
