Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical or mechanical preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to safely work in a plant environment and use PPE.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and reliability expertise to the site, including technical support for complex equipment issues and reliability events.
• Serve as Reliability Project Representative on capital and improvement projects.
• Provide technical mentorship to others within the organization.
• Lead reliability activities for turnarounds, including FEL support and post-turnaround validation.
• Develop Equipment Reliability Strategies aligned with priorities and business objectives.
• Lead site-level response to unplanned events and root cause investigations.
