This is a full-time position with Los Angeles Unified School District. The ideal candidate for the Senior Asset Development Manager role with the Los Angeles Unified School District is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of professional experience in the planning and development of large-scale public, educational, or institutional facilities. With a strong foundation in architecture, engineering, or construction management, they bring proven expertise in managing long-term asset strategies, overseeing complex facility surveys, and guiding high-impact capital planning efforts. This individual excels at translating policy into actionable planning directives, optimizing asset use, and aligning project priorities with educational goals. Preferred candidates will also bring advanced credentials such as LEED accreditation, a CCM certification, or California architectural/engineering licensure, along with experience in BIM, CHPS, and DSA processes. Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills are essential for success in this role.
