Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10 years relevant commercial banking experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Loan Standards, Loan Review Administration and OCC Procedures.
• Very high level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales performance with strong business development skills.
• Very high level of sales, negotiation and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new loan and deposit business by developing relationships with businesses and intermediaries.
• Maintain acceptable credit quality and appropriate loan pricing.
• Portfolio management and client relationship expansion including referrals.
• Cross-sell bank products and deepen share of wallet.
• Collaborate with centers of influence to build pipeline.
• Work with Credit Underwriting to ensure loan requests meet standards.
• Partner with support staff to ensure smooth origination process.
