Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking an Asset Based Lending Relationship Manager to generate new loan and deposit business by cultivating relationships with businesses, industries, intermediaries and other deal sources.

You will maintain credit quality, pricing, and lead client portfolio expansion through collaboration with credit, operations, and senior leadership to deliver competitive terms and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or HS Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10 years relevant commercial banking experience.
• Ability to orchestrate organizational resources by identifying key players, communicating relevant information, and building collaborative client-focused relationships.
• Very high level of written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of successful sales performance with strong business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new loan and deposit business by initiating and developing relationships with businesses, industries, intermediaries and other deal sources.
• Maintain acceptable credit quality and appropriate loan pricing.
• Portfolio management and client relationship expansion, including partner referrals.
• Cross-sell bank products and deepen share of wallet.
