Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial banking or business-to-business sales.
• Knowledge of commercial banking products and non-borrowing solutions.
• Proven success in business development, sales and client relationship management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex asset-based lending relationships and drive client growth.
• Lead the closing of lending opportunities, including documenting and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio performance by analyzing financial statements and covenant compliance.
• Recommend strategies and risk mitigation based on client performance and credit quality.
• Ensure portfolio administration aligns with credit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Partner across the organization to connect clients with banking, treasury, wealth management, and capital markets solutions.
• Support lending approvals through participation in credit and lender discussions.
• Build and maintain professional networks through industry events and community involvement.
